Vast experience of taking control and chairing progress meeting including both client and contractor personnel at site and senior levels.
Experience of producing detailed reports on project progress and contractual compliance by contractor and sub-contractors and compiling clients MCC Dossier for final completion hand over.
Vast experience of hands on man management on pipe work installations and hydro –testing on both brown and green field facilities.
Have worked on a variety of diverse projects including Buoy fabrication ,FPSO Module fabrication ,oilfield upgrade fabrication and installations ,offshore module fabrication ,skid fabrication and installation, pipe rack fabrication and installation , pipe spool fabrication ,pipe spool installation including hydro-test , vessel and tank fabrication , inspection and hydro-testing including third party and PED involvement .
Familiar with other trades including E&I works , vessel and pipe work insulation and fire proofing , blasting and painting of structural steel and piping spools .
Worked on a world wide basis including UK , Europe , USA, Brazil, West Africa including Gabon, EG, Angola, DRC
