-Spearheaded the project and networking equipment marketing activities; successfully concluded arrangements of representing companies in the field of optical networking.
-Developed marketing of special range of telecom cables and accessories products viz. CAT 3/ PIJF indoor/outdoor Aerial cables as per Indian/ UK specs, CAT5e/6, OFC Cables, ADSS, OPGW etc for projects. Effectively handled national and international Tenders for Telecom/ Optical cables for UAE, Vietnam, Yemen, Sudan, Kenya, USA.
-Represented the company in SuperComm India 2004 for Principals, Metrobility Inc.

-Managed Plant capacity balancing and de-bottle necking of facility for the varying product mix to enhance the productivity.
-Managed local development of several machines for the cable production lines.
-Effectively managed Operations as SBU head for the group to steer the expansion activities from one plant (200 employees) to five plants with 1400 employees.
-Instrumental in the development of budgetary control system for cost control. |
