EXPERIENCE: well cementing specialist(supervisor)with an experience in the field of well cementing,ability to work internationaly.great knowlege in location safety and job quality,do lot of training in SCHLUMBERGER company
and Gamma gaz,about 200 of seccefull job include 30'.18 5/8 , 13' 3/8 , 9' 5/8, 7',4(liner). cement Plug,KOP,testing... have an experience in vertical and horizontal well cementing,and good knowlede in treating line inspection ,high pressure equipments testing and inspectionand the maintenance of cementing materials(CPF,CPT,RMX,CILOS...)
RESPONSIBILITIES: • Coordinates and oversees the Cementing service line work at the well site and handling the more complex, hazardous, and/or high profile jobs in order to providing quality service to the customer. • Provides the planning necessary for the job including instructions to the crew and equipment used, including dispute resolutions to approved levels. • Promotes and takes an active part in the Quality Improvement Process. Ensures compliance with HSE regulations and guidelines. • Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. • Ensures customer satisfaction with work performed. • Coordinates and directs the activities of service operators subordinates during the rigging up and rigging down of service line equipment on a location of service line equipment and the assembly and preparation of equipment for installation, running operation, and / or service during a job. • Coordinates the clean up, repair, and preparation of equipment for the next job .
SKILLS: Strong knowedge of cementing operations, cementing best practices, and a good experience with job simulation software(cemCADE,well cleaning...). have good writing skills and Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint skills. hold an international valid driven licence with good record.
