From field Engineer in Maintenance workshop to Technical responsibilities including: 5 years as Electrical Service Supervisor in LNG2 Plant, in charge of preventive maintenance as well as accidental and development maintenance of process equipment with failure analyses; 12 years as Lead Electrical Engineer in Technical Department, in charge of developing technical specifications, establishing technical requisition and reviewing vendor drawings.
Organizing yearly units overhaul interfacing with all plant departments and local and international subcontractors.
Supervision, commissioning &start up of capital equipments supplied by the contractors (Turbo Generators, Power Transformers, Electrical Substations including HV,MV&LV SWGR’s,MCC’s Motors, UPS, Battery Chargers for DC etc….
Support the site team & final hand over Acceptance certificate from the client.
Coordinating the planning of future contracts, review RFP, documents and develops a project team to effectively supervise the construction project .Assure review of contractor’s technical submittals including start up plans and schedules, quality control program, change order requests and other technical requirements.
Supervise and lead a team of engineers and designers in carrying out engineering work of large sized project as Qatalum, Oil Treatment,LNG, assuming entire responsibility for conceptual and detailed design and provide necessary technical information for procurement in compliance with tender specifications/data sheets and within budget man-hour and project schedules.
Interface and regularly meet with client and vendor representatives, conduct internal staff meetings, ensure the progress of project in accordance to schedule, allotted man-hours and budget costs. Coordinate with projects and planning departments on schedule related issues
