Worked as Pipeline Construction Engineer in the following Projects:
521 Kms of 48" Maghreb - Europe Gas Pipeline Project. 531 Kms of 48" GR2 ( North ) Gas Pipeline Project.
During these Projects, I had the following assignments :
Working on the alignment sheets and significant features.
Estimating the required continuous as well as the saddle weights number for the river crossings.
Preparing the Hydrotest Diagram and Engineering data of the hydrostatic testing including technical data as well as the acceptability calculations.
Monitoring the daily weld progress and preparing the weld logs to ensure the continuity of the pipeline lower-in operation.
COSIDER July 1994 To April 1995
400 Kms of 34" Oil Pipeline from Haoud El Hamra to Skikda Terminal.
I was in charge of the pipes treatment (Blasting) in order to eliminate the corrosion.
I had to implement strict quality control and ensure reliable delivery of pipes to the field to be welded in the best conditions.
