X Reporting to the Department Manager directly and act as a Lead Government Liaison Engineer representative for entire technical Communications matters with relevant Company reps and external governmental organizations.
X Being fully accountable for coordinating between internal Company engineering departments and external governmental entities in relation to all technical aspects along with negotiation.
X Ensuring assignment stages are executed in accordance with time deadlines, constraints and requirements conforming to Company objectives.
X Accountability for imposed charges by Communications & Information Technology Commission (CITC) on frequency use. This role requires comprehensive absorption of related tariff guidelines and conditions to accurately calculate incurred costs and consequently budget for future expense under Company?s Operating plan.

X Ensuring proper coordination between all design/Engineering departments within Saudi Aramco and other external legislative bodies.
X Official Company representation to major national/international events concerning Spectrum Management, National Frequency Plan (NFP) and associated Regulatory Issues. Extensive understanding of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) regulations and main guidelines for the use of radio frequencies within our region in an efficient systematic manner. Focus on primarily the ITU-R (Radio-communications) and additional sufficient awareness of the ITU-T (Telecommunication Standardization) and ITU-D (Development).
X Developing group?s Five-Year Business Plan and related Accountability reports that are bi-annual chores.
X Resolve Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) between Company radio network systems and those of other national/international radio users by notifying and coordinating with appropriate authorities.
