Improvements for Capacity Reliability
Increase of the polymerization capacity by increase of the heat sink
Reducing the time of start up by revising operating procedure during production of the different type of the grades and avoid choking of the reactor circuits,Planning of the shutdown to reduce the non production activities.

Nature Of Job
Worked as shift in charge during precommossioning commissioning.After stabilization of HDPE plant started to look production and Operation planning and Management, Manpower and Material management for the HDPE plant and perform the duty of Senior manager.
Job also involves production planning, co-ordination with maintenance departments, trouble shooting, quality control, product handling, catalyst preparation, reporting,handling of critical equipments like slurry reactors, fluidized bed driers, extruder, and bagging and refrigeration system.
Involved in HDPE project since basic engineering, detail engineering, precommossioning, commissioning. During plant fractioning supervising the equipment, piping, instruments and DCS.I commission the W & P extruder ZSK300 of 25 TPH, 6.6 MW, variable drive with gear pump.During project stage I was involved in finalization of equipments, pumps, package units, DCS/PLC logic implementation, PFD, P & ID review, Design modifications.As shift in charge involved in stabilization of different grades of HDPE like Blow Moulding-Large, Small, Medium blow moulding, Film Grade, Pipes – PE 63, PE 80 , 100 & Cable Grades.Worked towards the improvement of the catalyst and stabilization,improvement of plant like identifying the limitation of different sections of plant, equipments and eliminations of same.after stabilization of HDPE plant stated to look production and Operation planning and Management, Manpower and Material management for the HDPE plant.
