Saudi Arabian Mining Co (Maaden), Khobar
Responsibilities include:
Working as Project Engineer for the World largest Phosphate Plant which includes Phosphoric Acid plant with a capacity of 1.37 Million Tons Per Annum (MTPA), Sulfuric Acid plant of 4.08 MTPA, Ammonia of 0.66 MTPA & Di-Ammonium Phosphate 2.92 MTPA
Developed a dynamic simulation model to determine plant capacity from mine to berth which includes rail facility & Ship dispatch using ARENA Simulation Software
Developed Engineering Numbering System for the entire project
Worked as a team member for the development of engineering standards, specification & procedure
Team member for the implementation & configuration of SmartPlant Foundation Engineering database
Working in coordination with Multinational Consultants & Contractors to accomplish the project
