|•Working with Valve link & AMS (Asset Management System Product of Emerson PMS).
•Installation, commissioning and Decommissioning of HART & Foundation Field Bus Systems (H1).
•Communication checking between DCS and MMS, FMS, ELICS, RDAS, Boiler, dryer, compressor, pumps, drives, PLC interface to drives.
•Modbus communication, PLC-DCS Interface, Modicon, Triconex, Aldelly PLC, IPS, FGS, HIPPS, Asset Management system
•Worked with Machine Monitoring System (MMS) Bently Nevada (3300 & 3500 series) for Vibration System Trouble Shooting. Probe and Proximeter characteristics check. Monitor & Proximate calibration.
•Rotor axial float and radial Probe adjustment.
•Networking: Plant Information Network (PIN), Process Control Network (PCN), Operator Station Network (OSN), Operator Network (OS), SAFE NET, Asset Management system Network.
•Erection, Pre - Commissioning, Commissioning, Loop Checking, Hooking up of new Instruments to DCS. ESD loop checking.
•Installation and configuration of Instrument Protective System (IPS), Fire & Gas Detection System (FGS) with Triconex PLC & High Pressure Integrity Protection System (HIPPS) with Trident, Safety Instrument System(SIS) PLC
•Redundancy check and functional check up of ESD & FGS systems.
•Configuration of Triconex controllers, redundant controllers, Field Bus (H1 cards), Analog I/O, Digital I/O and Serial communication cards.
•Graphics modification (IFIX SCADA).
•In charge of Instrument Technical Room (Upstream area) and Substation DCS, IPS, FGS & HIPPS systems.
•Site Accept Test (SAT) activities. Unpowered and powered Checkup’s, Document updating, punch clearance activities, Package drawings update and As-builds.
•Knowledge in Functional Block Diagrams, Logic Diagrams, reading of Cause & Effect Diagrams and hardware modification as per required logic.
•I/O list, Instruments location and specification sheet. Instrument process hook-up and Pneumatic hook-up drawings.
•Coordinate the instrument team for various projects in different location.
•System configuration and software modifications.
•Installation and calibration of transmitters, and sensors.
•Analytical Field instruments troubleshooting and testing.
•System analyzing, Servicing and Fault diagnosing.
•Installation of Multiplexers (Pepperl + Fuchs, MTL) for HART transmitters.
|Bachelors of Science in Mathematics.
