ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION:
Project Engineering, Design activities like preparation of systems and Instrument Specification, control schematics, Inst. Stds., Function schematics, cable schedule, logic diagram, control room, field inst. Layouts, MTOs, Technical Bid analysis, Inspection, familiarity with international codes & stds., Hazardous area equipment & practices, cost estimation.
Supervision of Inst. Installation, Inst cable laying, conduit installation, JB installation, Hook up installation, inspection, calibration, loop checking, site acceptance test, punch list clearance system sign off, site modification as required at site condition, discuss & finalize with clients changes required at site, finalizing FCN. Co-ordination with vendor representative for special Inst./system checking/commissioning. ESD/F&G system modification/ start up loop by loop transfer. Co-ordination with client kick off meeting, monthly progress review meeting, close out report hand over as built documents/drawings, survey changes, field changes / spares etc.
MAINTENANCE & COMISSIONING:
Hands on experience in commissioning, trouble shooting, start up, shutdown job & preventive / corrective maintenance, manpower / inventory control.
NSTRUMENTS & SYSTEMS HANDLED:
Emerson Rosemount RS3 system, Triconex (TMR PLC) ESD/F&G system, Honeywell-FSC BMS control PLC system, Allenbradely contrologix LP/HP compressor Antisurge control PLC system, Foxboro IA DCS /ESD system, HIMA ESD system, Yokogawa CS3000 system, ABB 450 DCS, Siemens S5, S7 PLC system. Familiar with various makes of Electronic instruments and pneumatic Instruments, Conversant with instrumentation for process units, Boilers, Analyzers, Fire and Gas detection system, Flame scanner and smoke detection system.
PC Literate: Conversant PC.
