Professional Experience |
I had been actively involved the commissioning and startup activities Oil & Gas, Refinery and Petrochemical Olefins Plant, Utilities & offsite. Also I was involved in the overall plant maintenance activities. My job responsibilities on site include, but are not limited to, the following:
? Pre-commissioning & Commissioning
? Maintenance & Troubleshooting
? Preparation of periodical reports
? Shutdown activities and Emergency Call Response.
TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY
Due to my widespread exposure in diversified areas of various plants both in India and Saudi Arabia, I have gained practical working knowledge and hands-on experience on the following systems:
? Experienced in Mitsubishi Steam Turbine & Compressor Control Systems
? Yokogawa CS-3000, Honeywell TDC-3000 (TPS), Yokogawa Centum-XL, Foxboro IA Series, Distributed Control Systems.
? Siemens S5 & S7, HIMA (ESD,F&G), Yokogawa Prosafe (ESD,F&G),Allen Bradley, Modicon and Triconex ( TMR ) PLC systems.
? Bentlynevada Vibration Monitoring System (3500 Series).
In addition to the above systems, my other technical capabilities are listed below, which were gained through on-the-job experience and substantial exposure in the field:
? Ability to read P & I Diagrams, Hook-up drawings, Loop drawings, Isometric drawings, Structural drawings, Plant Layout drawings, etc.
? Thorough knowledge of Material specifications, Cable specifications, Junction Box schedule preparation, Termination details preparation, Location Finalizing of instruments.
? Hands-on experience in calibration of the following instruments:
? Flow transmitters
? Pressure transmitters
? Level transmitters

? Recorders / Controllers
? Control Valves
? pH & Conductivity transmitters
? MOV & PCV
? Practical working experience in maintenance & troubleshooting of instruments such as Displacer Level transmitters, Radar & Ultrasonic level transmitters, Mass flow meters, Vortex flow transmitters, Magnetic flow transmitters and Panametrics flow transmitters, etc. |

1. Certified in Instrumentation Mechanism (NCVT) by the Government I.T.I. from T.R. Pattinam, Karaikkal, Pondicherry, India during the year 1990-92.
