Responsibilities · Managing a team of 2 subordinates handling users & network support for 2 locations in Cairo; Kattamia Complex & Reda Pump Free Zone, along with 5 remote locations outside Cairo (Abu-Rudeis, Matrouh, Shukeir, Amreya & Port-Said). · Supplying IT User Support Manager with month end reports for my locations, as well as submitting Egypt’s month end report every other month. · Handling previously out of scope projects and infrastructural projects for my locations. · Currenly the SSO Trainer (Site Security Officer) and Security Champion for the EEG Geomarket (Egypt, Sudan, Syria & Libya). · Still participating in the day-to-day activities according to the work load, as stated below in my previous position.
