? Creating a continuous improvement environment and by ensuring staff have the resources, competencies and guidance to deliver valve-added services that meet or exceed expectations.
? Control a large team of engineers, supervisory staff and managing efficient workflows and roistering with a target orientated and pro-active operations team.
? Achieving maximum possible productivity rate whilst executing the work in budget allowance.
? Handle and resolve issues with clients,consultants,authorities and subcontractors
? Devise and implement systems and controls to monitor costs and ensure the timely completion of project
