Career Objective |
I have worked since 02/ 09 / 2002 up to present as an instrument technician for Sirte Oil Company, Brega, Libya. (Petrochemical plants for Urea Ammonia - Methanol Desalination plant - Boilers & Exporting to Jetty).

Professional Experience |
& I have experience to do these jobs:-
1- Carry out all routine preventive maintenance on plant , carry out all shutdown & start up jobs, troubleshoot complete instrument loops both electronic & pneumatic, check & calibrate field instrument such as transmitters (Level transmitter, pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter, flow transmitter Foxboro / Eckardt / Masoneilan / etc ), pressure & temperature gauges, switches (Level switches, flow switches, temperature switches, pressure switches, speed switches, limit switch), control valves & their positioners Eckardt / Nuovo pignone / Fisher / Flowserve / Tuflin product & field indicators.
2- Check and repair control room instruments like event recorders, indicators, controllers SPEC200 Foxboro / Yokogawa product .
3- Check and work on Relay system (timers, contactors, breakers)
4- Check & work on PLC systems (Hima Elop-I, Elop-II, Siemens step-5, step-7 , Moeller Easysoft ), DCS & SCADA system & create PLC projects.
5- Check & work on vibration system: - probes & vibration monitors (Bently, Nevada product).
6- Reading drawings like PLC drawing relay system drawing & normal loop drawing.
7- Create small projects like replacing old system by new one.
8- obtain specified material, spare parts & tools.
9- Check & repair jetty instrument such as (control valves, arms control system & local controllers).
10- Carry out start up jobs such as boiler start up ignition system & scanner adjusting .
11- Calibrate & program radioactive level gauge Berthold product".
12- Report completion of work to supervisor.
