EMPLOYMENT HISTORY
- Design and implementation of electrical, instrumentation and control systems projects. Coordination of different engineering disciplines included in the projects. - Supervising E/I construction activities to ensure contractor work compliance to approved design, technical standards, contractors compliance to the contract HSE requirements and maintaining design technical integrity. Coordinate with Operations on commissioning, hand-over and shutdown requirements - Preparation of technical bid specs and evaluation of the bids - Preparation / review of instrument data sheets and hookup diagrams - Development of Cause and Effect Diagrams - Preparation of instrument index, I/O lists, control loops/interlock strategies in line with P&IDs - Application of hazardous electrical area classification for field installation - Installation, configuration, operation and maintenance of DCS (Rosemount/Emerson, Honeywell, ABB), PLC (Siemens, GE), Turbine Control Systems (Elliot/Bently Nevada/Woodward) , Fire and Gas Systems, HIPS systems. - Installation and maintenance of remote tank gauging systems, fiscal metering systems, motor operated valve control systems. - Selection / Sizing, Calibration, Installation and Maintenance of all types of field instruments (control valves, motor operated valves, transmitters, PID controllers, flow meters, thermo elements, fire and gas transducers etc.) - Trouble shooting and tuning of control loops - Maintaining and testing of emergency shutdown systems (ESD) - Application of Data Communication Protocols (Hart, Modbus, F-Fieldbus, Profibus), PI (Process Information ) System - Reviewing of E/I project specifications, E/I drawings, P&IDs and commissioning / start up procedures, application of international standards - Execution of control systems FAT (factory acceptance test) and SAT (site acceptance test). - Performing Job Safety Analysis, Advanced Safety Audits and contributing to HAZOP, SIL studies. - E/I work schedule/planning and coordination of E/I team for routine/preventive and TAR maintenance works - Training of operation and maintenance personnel on new systems.
