Professional Experience

Administration Coordinator
§ Receives and screens telephone calls.
§ Responsible for filing in-coming and out-going correspondence.
§ Secretarial duties to the General Manager and coordinates with other office staffs.
§ Arrange travel and hotel bookings in and out of the country, car rental bookings, scheduling of meeting, conferences and the like.
§ In-charge of organizing couriers and receiving postal mails for office staffs.
§ Responsible for checking and ordering office stationeries, office equipment maintenance and other office supplies needed by the company.
§ Liable for all in-coming and out-going financial transactions.
§ Prepares payment voucher, cheques and bank transfer for various suppliers and subcontractors.
§ Prepares all purchase order required by the company.
§ Receives and keep track all incoming invoices from various suppliers.
§ Issues invoices and receipts to clients.
§ Monitors pending payments and making a follow-up if necessary.
§ Accountable for monthly payroll of all office staffs.
§ Handles petty cash.
§ Check visa status of office and sub-contractor staffs and other requirements needed for HRD purposes.
§ Assists Training Manager with research as and when required.
Senior Product Support Specialist (Second Level Support/Escalation Team)
§ Liaise with clients in various parts of the world like US, UK, Hongkong, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand to provide advance technical support in all Linksys product line.
§ Engage in beta testing of firmware for different Linksys routers and access points, setting up wireless networks, configuring vlan and manageable switches, establishing virtual private network (vpn) connections and VOIP configurations via phone, email and chat support.

§ Appointed as an Assistant Team Leader who manages the availability of manpower to maximize the service level amongst the team.
§ Involved in a multi-tasking support for Linksys clients in various parts of the world.
§ Generate reports on the day-to-day operations regarding agents’ talk-time, idle-time and the like, using our Call Monitoring System (CMS).
§ Assist the Team Leader in preparing summary reports and other documents needed in the operations of the Company.
§ Collect and update agent’s profile/attendance sheet.
