Senior Product Support Specialist (Second Level Support/Escalation Team) § Liaise with clients in various parts of the world like US, UK, Hongkong, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand to provide advance technical support in all Linksys product line. § Engage in beta testing of firmware for different Linksys routers and access points, setting up wireless networks, configuring vlan and manageable switches, establishing virtual private network (vpn) connections and VOIP configurations via phone, email and chat support.
§ Appointed as an Assistant Team Leader who manages the availability of manpower to maximize the service level amongst the team. § Involved in a multi-tasking support for Linksys clients in various parts of the world. § Generate reports on the day-to-day operations regarding agents’ talk-time, idle-time and the like, using our Call Monitoring System (CMS). § Assist the Team Leader in preparing summary reports and other documents needed in the operations of the Company. § Collect and update agent’s profile/attendance sheet.
