My objective is to be able to uphold a good job in a company or an organization where I would be able to show my talents and gain more experience
1. I worked in “The Association of Friends of the National Cancer Institute" AFNCI which as in charge of building children with cancer Hospital 57357 "from July 2002 till May 2004 as: Administration assistance In Fund raising department and Resource development. Media coordinator “writing and revising articles for website and press releases in both languages (English &Arabic)” Familiarity with community awareness projects and programs. Arranging work agenda, accomplishing and scheduling meetings and taking minutes. In charge of donation numbers; composing messages "IVR". • Making correspondences with T.V sector to broadcast our donation numbers. • Comparing minutes of calls with T.V campaigns and changing IVR occasionally. In addition to the previous I used to compose slogans in both languages. Working as an executive secretary, marketing coordinator, and as an assistant in events department. 2. Worked as a Call Center Representative at Vodafone from (January till March 2005). Joining the Marketing Campaign; contacting customers, collecting data and offering business lines to them. Moreover I worked at Customer Services department educating customers about Vodafone products and services and helping them for other inquires or problems at their lines "trouble shooting".
3. Working at Western Silverline Egypt from October 2005 up to present day , it is an Oilfield Services and Supplies Company (Alex Free Zone) I work as an administrative assistance ; responsible for all correspondences with other branch in Canada and also vendors abroad , receiving and sending faxes and mails, making filing system, following up invoices, taking minutes of meetings.
