Senior Analyser Technician
· Acts as instrumentation/process commissioning technician for Gas Turbines, Heat Recovery Steam Generator, Water Demin Plant, and other utilities during shutdown/start-up-commissioning of Instrumentation system.
· Responsible in maintaining product blending / trimming system for fuel oil, gas oil and mogas by closely monitoring relative vapor pressure, sulfur content, viscosity, and octane number. (Precision Scientific, Corelab, Yokogawa)
· Makes documentations and regulates refinery’s Continuous Emission Monitoring System as per dust concentration, water chlorine content, gases nitrogen oxide, NOX, Denox, CO, sulfur, H2S & SO2 in compliance with the ISO 14001. (Sick Optic, Yokogawa CEMS, Servomex)
· Maintains, calibrates, and checks standardization of laboratory equipment as per International / ISO requirements. (PIONA/Reformulyzer, RON/MON Engine, trace sulfur/nitrogen analyzer, simulated distillation equipment, distillation analyzer, pH/conductivityammonia meters, Flashpoint analyzer, visco baths etc…)
· In-charge of meter proving exported liquefied petroleum gas for custody transfer as per ISO standards. (Daniels, Brooks Compact Prover)
· Responsible for maintaining gas/liquid chromatographs for LPG and sulfur in light naptha. (ABB Vista, Fluid Data)
