KEY COMPETENCIES
PIPING / PIPELINE
Technical Data collection from the site. Preparation of Piping Design documents, consisting of calculations, data sheets, Specifications (Includes corrosion / erosion), Isometrics Checking, MTO’s from given piping classes, Can read P&IDs and Stress Analysis of Process Piping during FEED, Basic Engineering Design and EPC package for Onshore Oil & Gas Projects. Well versed with International Codes/standards/Good Engineering Practice (e.g., API, ASME, NACE and ADCO).
ROTARY EQUIPMENT
Preparation of specification for Centrifugal/Reciprocating Compressors, Gas Turbines and Gas Engines. Calculation of Brake Horse Power for the compressors on Arial software. Inspect and monitor top end overhauling in Waukesha workshop. Preparation of RFQ, Technical Evaluation of vendor proposal and Preparation of Inspection Schedules for Compressors, Engines and Turbines with the vendor to calculate CAPEX and OPEX.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT .
Preparation of EOI and PQ Documents for different Onshore and Subsea Projects. Preparation of Business Strategies to meet future demands for upcoming projects. Meeting with clients for marketing our companies’ areas of Expertise. I am also Certified Lead auditor of OHSAS 18001and participate in different internal audits. Preparation of QMS Procedures for the company ISO 9001-2000/2008 certification.
MAINTENANCE SHUT DOWN
Worked in Maintenance shutdowns for Petrochemical Plants. Well versed with safety at site and Optimization of Resources and Effective Documentations.
