•Monitoring of Sales and Recovery Targets assigned by the management •Checking of dues/sales position through disconnection schedule /units billed report respectively and taking appropriate action. •Ensure 100% billing and recovery. •To recognize the consumer problem and take necessary action to resolve it. •Preparation of detection / supplementary / undercharge bills. •Quick disposal of consumer complaints. •Vetting and forwarding of the cases which require approval of the higher authorities. •Ensure processing of all authorized and signed documents. •To prepare statement of accounts for closing of annual accounts. •Dealing with issues of non-processing of Cash/Debit/Credit of different accounts. •Internal transfer of cash through prescribed documents. •Marinating and monitoring of the daily cash. •Solely responsible of smooth working of the Customer Service Centre. •Supervise all administrative and HR matters of the CSC. •Arrangement of the stationary/material etc. •Monitoring of the daily attendance, leave and over time record of employees. •To prepare monthly performance reports of the CSC. •Any other job assigned by the management.
