Department : Design Lab •My role is Department Head – Design Lab. •Responsible for preparing Monthly & Weekly Schedule & Follow up of Testing of Units depending on the requirement. •Responsible for installation & commissioning of chillers , air handeling units , split units , mini split units. •Responsible for handeling the (25 Ton) Psychrometric design laboratory which is installed & commissioned by ETL (ELECTRICAL TESTING LABORATORY) U.S.A. •Responsible for Maintenanace of 25 ton Design laboratory & (250 Ton/75Ton/100Ton chillers). •Responsible for trouble shooting of chillers / boilers / air handeling units / pumps as well as electrical component which is used in the design laboratory. •Responsible testing the air conditioning machine Cooling performance test , Blower performance test , condenser air flow test as per the ARI Standard. •Responsible for making new prototype air conditioning units. •Responsible for product development & making analysis report for ecch & evry tested machine. •Responsible for Handling & Effective Utilization of Lab Supervisors, Technicians and Various equipment used for Testing. •Knowledge of selection of compressors , blower , motors , coils. •Responsible for maintaining Reports and Documentation pertaining to Testing of Units & Employees under me.
Dept.: Production •My role is Production Engineer. •Responsible for Production Planning & Execution. •Responsible for preparing Targets based on the Customer Requiremnts & Utilities and achieving the Targets (Quantity & Quality). •Responsible for Continuous Cost Savings, Productivity Improvements and Quality Improvements. •Responsible for implementing Organisational Improvement Techniques such as ISO, Five-S, Six Sigma. •

Project : COMBINED TURING & BURNISHING TOOL - This is a tool used for obtaing a higher surface finish and it performs both turning and Burnishing operations at a time. It is particularly used in automotive industry for finishing of shaft,excel etc. It reduces Machining time and increases producation rate.
