Familiar with calibration and maintenance of all kinds of (flow, pressure, level & temperature) pneumatic and electronic instruments and other process control instruments of different companies such as Rosemount, Taylor, Bells, Fisher , ABB, Foxboro, Smithmeters, Varac, Morin, Nagno (NKS) Danfoss, Masoneilan and Yamatake, Honeywell etc.
Carry out maintenance and trouble shooting of Oil production facilities, Power generating plant and Gas Turbine.
Having Good knowledge of Boiler, Turbine instrumentation logics, loops, Compressor surge control system, seal oil & lube oil control system. Having experience in rotating equipment instrumentation and process control instrumentation of utility, Gas plant, Crude Oil Gathering centre and Power plant.
Worked on calibration and maintenance of Positive displacement meters (smith meters ¡V USA) Turbine meters (Danload ¡V 6000) set stop valves and all types of MOV¡¦s worked on displacer type level transmitters (Sakura, Fisher,Rosemount 3051,3095mv,ABB,Yokogawa.Foxboro) Blanketing regulators, worked on recorder & Controllers of Taylor, ITT Burton & Foxboro. Agar system (Multiphase Flow meter) 300 & MPFM 400 series, Agar level sensor and flow boss flow computer.
Knowledge of laboratory equipments like CRO & Thermal conductivity Analyzers ..¡Ketc.
Experience in execution and supervision of computer based preventive maintenance programmes, fault allocation, repair, and overhaul, calibration and testing of instrumentation and valves of all types.
Worked on instrumentation involve control room these include, Foxboro I/A series, Yokogawa CS ¡V 1000, Rosemount Delta V, Mitsubishi DIASYS UP and TDC 3000. Having experience in commissioning, loop checking and maintenance of Allan-Bradley PLC (5/02) &Siemens at KOC & TEXACO (JO) of Wafra.
Also having good knowledge of reading PID, Instrument sequence logic diagrams, Relay logic diagrams, Ladder logics, carrying out modification and day maintenance jobs.
Having good knowledge of three element drum level control system, Turbine supervisory control instruments and Turbine protection system.
