) Worked as engineer with Kerala state pollution control board for one year.
2) Phillips Carbon Black Limited, Cochin ( from February 1999) Company Activity : Furnace Grade Carbon Black for automobile tyre. I joined this Company as Management Trainee after my B Tech and I was Promoted to Engineer Operations and then to Senior Engineer.
Here I was working as Shift In Charge cum DCS Engineer in the Process Department. The unit being a continuous Petrochemical Process Plant (An ISO 14001 Certified Company). Here I got a very good experience in Design and commissioning of 140 MT Plant
I have a very good Experience for operating different equipment like high capacity Roots Blower, 150 HP Compressor, various types of Pumps, 800 0C Air Pre-Heaters, different types Oil Pre-Heaters, 150 MT Rotary Dryer etc.(Delmonego Dryer). Now we are working on SAP R/3 ENVIRONMENT. It includes Quality report, process report, purchase request, material stock over view Maintenance notification, shift production conformation etc

- Successfully Commissioned the Capacity Expansion Project in cochin Unit - TQM member in “Vapour Bag Collector Bag Life Improvement” Project and is awarded as the best TQM Project in RPG Group of Companies - Designed and implemented a Feed Forward Control System for controlling Carbon Black Product temperature. - Designed and implemented a new Pulsing System for the effective cleaning of carbon black from the Bag Filter. - Has good experience in renovation of 800 0C air pre heater.
