Role involves o Overall in-charge and first contact on Product Quality at the Plant. o Leading Plant Process automation using appropriate software (LUCIE) to maximize production equipment output o Lead a continuous improvement team with responsibility of equipment optimization. o Measurement of quality indices for the various cement products and raw materials o Tracking quality parameters to ensure compliance with both internal and external (KEBS and Lafarge) quality standards o Overall in-charge of plant quality control laboratory
