I have more than 17 years of HSE experience, and am a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, USA.
I currently provide technical advice and management support to ADNOC Group regarding mainly environmental functions & Safety, partly occupational health, policy and strategy development, & oversee implementation of policies, programs, and guidelines.
I have conducted technical review of new projects HSEIA reports, gave advice on UN protocols requirements, use of best international HSE practices and technologies to minimize HSE risks to identified hazards of ADNOC Group of Companies activities.
I’ve performed process hazard analysis (PHA) to covered processes, industrial pre-start up safety review (PSSR), HS&E audits/inspections, loss prevention (HAZOP), management of change (MOC), and other process safety management (PSM) programs; safe work permits; accident investigation; electrical safety; and fire prevention.
Also, I have experience in emergency response, and security matters.
I have general knowledge of different business sectors & their functions and the influencing factors of their success.
