Currently employed by Ramunia Fabricators Berhad and holding a position as Assistant Manager- Recruitment. A main responsibility includes the following:

•Assist the Head of Human Resource in human resource planning & recruitment activities besides attending to other functions in compensation and benefits, employee relations, training & development.

•Focusing on selection & recruitment – attracting the most qualified employees and matching them to the jobs for which they are best suited that in the whole cycle of recruitment and selection which includes screening, interviewing and testing applicants.

•Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources (newspaper, Job Street etc)

•Manpower planning on recruitment, staff mobilization & demobilization (permanent & contract staff). Renewal of work contract, termination and transfer.

•Assist the Head of Human Resource in conducting annual review of existing wage and compensation policies for their competitiveness and effectiveness.

•To assist in review HR policies (recruitment & selection), align practices and guidelines as to support and archive departmental objective and align with organization business.

•Keep abreast of industry practices as well as local government regulatory requirements especially in the relation to expatriate and foreign workers ie Labour Office, IR Dept, Inland Revenue Board or Immigration Dept.

•Coordinate and conduct Staff Orientation/induction Programs for all newly recruited staff twice a month. Handling Mgmt Trainee/Practical Student Pr

•Conducting Salary Survey in Oil & Gas industries. Review Employee Handbook. Updating and maintaining Org. Chart and JD.
•Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by Head of Human Resource.

Transferred from subsidiary company of Shapadu Sewon Industries Sdn Bhd upon joining the company for three months due to its business closure.

Main responsibilities are to implement, supervise and support the full spectrum of HR functions including in the following areas:

ź Performing administrative duties in recruitment & selection, manpower planning, benefit & compensation, employee relation and staff’s straining & development.

ź Preparation of local employee & Expatriates employment contracts, monthly time sheet, mobilization & demobilization of staff, staff’s claims and logistic.
