Managing the client relationship & sourcing clients through network, managing the team of business development & recruitment consultants.
Sourcing the Candidates especially Engineers & Technicians for ,Engineering & Construction sectors to clients like Ramsis Engg, Emirates Link NITCO,MB PETROLEUM,ALJABER GROUP,etc to name the few,through advertisement both in print & E-media and also through Network . Matching the right candidate with right job for the right price in line with client requirements. Also I do screen, shortlist the applicants & line up the candidates for the interview. I am not mere in placement of candidates but the “fitment”.Being a technocrat with people management skills & passion for the recruitment I can understand the terminology of the technical candidates & recruit the right candidates.
