•Coordination on cost control of the project, project scheduling and estimates (Civil and Mechanical Works).
•Prepare and review the project relevant documents, contracts and drawings.
•Work also as an Autocadd Operator, Quantity Surveyor, Project estimator and Technical Administration.
•Attends Weekly & Monthly Meetings with Client (ENI Oil Co. & Wintershall) together with the Operations Manager (Mr. D. Morson)
•Prepare an as built plan and drawings for assigned projects, Clients, pipeline routes and others structures constructed by Bonatti.
•Prepare various project documentation submitted to the Client for approval, such as sample of Drawings / Layouts , Monthly Payment Progress Certificate, Weekly Progress Report, Work Schedule, Procedures, Quality Control Plan and other QA/QC Forms, etc.
•Receive Monthly Payment Progress Certificates from the projects of the company for final checking and to be submitted to Finance Department for invoice. Prepare also some Monthly Progress Payment Certificates, which are required to be done in Tripoli Office. Checking include extra works.
•Receive project documentations such as drawings, reports, procedures etc. to be transmitted to the client. Functioning as a Document Controller.
•Prepare correspondence to the Clients, to sites, inter-department and subcontractors as per instruction of the Operations Manager.
•Report overall monthly productions (construction activities) of the company.
