Supervisor/Technician of Operations, specialized in the oil Refinement, mainly in Plants of Treatment (Hydrotreating, Pressure Swing Adsorption, Amine Regeneration, Sour Water Stripper, Sulfur Recovery, Sulfur Solidification, Fluid Catalytic Cracking, Mercaptans Oxidation, sweeten and extraction process, and Plants of Oxygenated Compound Production). Formation in the solid waste management, chemical and dangerous substances, their impact in the people and environment. Experience in construction projects of new facilities, development of operational procedures and manuals of operation, pre-commissioning and initial startup of the plants.
Specifically in the plants Fluid Catalytic Cracking (FCC), Mercaptans Oxidation (MEROX), sweeten and extraction process, and Plants of Oxygenated Compound Production (TAME), person in charge of the supervision of control through system TDC-3000 of Honeywell, operation and smaller maintenance to the different equipment that integrates the plants.
In the plants of Naphtha Hydrotreating (NHT), Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) for the Hydrogen purification, Amine Regeneration (ARU), Sour Water Stripper (SWS), Sulfur Recovery (SRU) and Sulfur Solidification (SSU), as Technician of Production, person in charge of the operation and smaller maintenance, in addition to the basic knowledge of the Distributed Control System (DCS) of Foxboro.
Also, I have knowledge about of Desalters, Delayed Coker, Diluent Recovery, Coker Gas Plant processes, Boilers Water Treatment, Potable and Sanitary Facilities, Steam Turbines, Instrument/Utility Air, Tank Farm, Blending Facilities and Flares. |

• In my last 4 years of professional exercise with Operadora Cerro Negro, S.A. – Upgrader, subsidiary of ExxonMobil of Venezuela, in Units NHT, PSA, ARU, SWS, SRU and SSU.
• In Petroleos de Venezuela S.A. (PDVSA) - Oil Refinery -, during 11 years in the units of FCC, MEROX and TAME.
