Senior Well Engineer Operations - Main Duties:
Plan and manage all intervention operations in 190 wells, producers, injectors, water source and WAG wells. 4 main producing fields, 2 satellite fields and 4 further fields in development. Schedule operations, on short and long term basis, control job tracking and cost tracking. Responsible for intervention budget of US$10MM per year. Group has an average daily production 260, 000 BPD from 4 production trains.
Supervise:
4 x Well Services Supervisors
4 x Well test supervisors
2 x Multi Phase Flow Meter Supervisors
2 x Well commissioning crews
1 x Offsite maintenance crew
1 x Well head maintenance crew
Prepare all intervention work programmes for the following operations:
Well Completion
4 ½” - 5 ½” modified monobore design - producers - water & gas Injectors - 5k to 10k. Average depth 3300m MD - Carbon steel, 13 and 22 Cr
Water Source wells with wire wrapped screens and 9 5/8” tubing - both carbon steel and Fiber glass.
Conversion of Gas injection wells to WAG wells
Major Work Over Ops
Tubing change-out
TR SCSSSV change out
Tubing / annulus communication
Zonal communication / Isolation
Well Testing
In-field Production Well Tests
Surface Operations
New well commissioning
Gas / water injection flushing
Operation of water dilution systems and Gas lift Systems
