RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the manufacturing operations of Ethyl acetate (40T/DAY).
Involved in handling atmospheric, azeotropic, vacuum distillation columns, preheaters, heat exchangers, and all types of chemical equipments.
To optimize all phases of production, process control, and apply computer skills to chemical process analysis, automated control systems, and statistical quality control using PID controllers.
Shut-down and Start-up of the Processing unit, Plant isolations, preparing maintenance and re-commissioning activities following the procedures and the Permit to the Work system.
Direct and perform routine maintenance on all equipment &maintain an up to date knowledge of specific contractual requirements relating to the maintenance, inspection, and operation of equipment.
Responsible for all aspects of chemical and project implementation for various processes, including Computer simulation and hand calculation of heat and material and energy balance calculations
