Having Good Knowledge of Maintenance planning using (CMMS) Computerized Maintenance Management systems (MAINPAC) and Maximo.
• Having Good knowledge of store procedures, inventory control, , monthly consumption reports, Purchase procedures, finance reports, and implementation of CMMS by replacing previously used Manuals system
• Having good experience of report designing using Seagate Crystal report Software and Completely familiar with maintenance reports and charts.
• Good Knowledge of computer Software Packages Windows 95, MS Excel, MS Word and Crystal Reports
• Having good experience of Spare parts planning and ordering as drawings and manuals
• Having good work experience in repair and maint of Container Quay Cranes, RTGs, mobile Cranes, Cargo cranes, Fork Lifters, Reach Stackers,, Spreaders , and Terminal Truks & tractors
• Having hands on work experience of diesel engines ( Cummins, Detriot ,and perkins )
• Having good knowledge and work experience of hydraulic Power Packs & circuits (Vickers,Parker,Rexroth)
• Having Good knowledge and work experience about crane wire rope replacement , slings, shackles, wire rope end terminations, etc
• Having good Knowledge and work experience about brake Adjustmets (Bubenzer,Pitch Bemag,Hilmar) ,Guide Rollers, Chain adjustments, Tyre Replacements, Etc
