• Currently working as Team Lead in Transmission Access Planning with Mobilink GSM Pakistan • Working as Team Leader Central Region with a team of 11 engineers for the last 3 years • Conducting Draft visits and ‘Line of Site’ Surveys with Acquisition, Production and Cell Planning Departments for the acquisition of new cell sites • Preparing GSM Transmission Plans for the acquired sites keeping in view the optimum network performance • Planning for New BSCs and sites to be re parented from their mother BSCs • Capacity Planning and Analysis where redesigning is required • Supervising and maintaining the transmission routes for long term performance of the microwave links • Continuous evaluation and recommendations for design changes in order to improve overall transmission performance • Working on ‘CONNECT’, Aircom Tool for ‘Calculations, frequency planning and interference analysis’ for microwave radio links • Frequency optimization of installed links in the network for efficient utilization of bandwidth
