I have been a Practicing Engineer for 18 years out which 11 years has been on road asset management in a large City council and a sizeable Municipal council where I held high managerial positions with experience in use of Pavement Management System and Bridge Management system .
Currently I am the Senior Monitoring and Evaluation officer for the Kenya Pipeline Company Ltd. My duties involve monitoring ongoing projects/processes for cost, time and quality of deliverables adherence. I undertake periodic evaluations of the projects/processes to assess the extent to which initial objectives are achieved and register deviations if any. I have gathered sufficient ability to manage and direct projects of varying sizes and complexities within my organization & currently undertake a rehabilitation project of its 700km petroleum pipeline. I have demonstrated competence in managing the talents and co-operative efforts of a team of people, facilities, tools and equipment, information systems and finance.
