Hadjret En Nouss Power Plant – West Alger – Algeria: Combined Cycle Power Plant Single Shaft 3 X 400 MW Gas Turbine Frames 9FB, Generator H450& Steam Turbine 15A GE USA.
Responsibilities Include: 1) Mechanical Superintendent 2) Support all Sub¬-Contractors. 3) Supervise and direct Sub¬-Contractor Engineers during Installation &Alignment of the combined cycle equipment. 4) Maintain amicable working relationship between SNC-Lavalin, GE & Sub-Contractors. 5) Insure that the Sub-Contractors perform their given tasks properly and follow our instructions.
September 2006- May 2007: T.G.C.T.P., Algeria:
Gazoduc Med / Gas 48" in Oran- Algeria: Pipe line from Hassi Messaoud to Arzew (Our part was 95Km)
Responsibilities Included: 1) Project Manager 2) Contract Negotiations with Owner (Sonalgas) for Administration and Financial agreements. 3) Supervise work progress. 4) Author and Compile Work Plans. 5) Technical Supervision.
January 2004 - September 2006: Lead C&T, Algeria, Qatar & Syria:
A. Rag and flare Mitigation Integrated Project, Qatar
Project involved modifications to the equipment to enable utilization of surplus gas from NGL.
Responsibilities Included: 1) Section Head for Steel Structural & Equipment. 2) Negotiations with owner (Petrofac &QP) with respect to the project plan and work scopes. 3) Manage & organize the job tasks. 4) Installation & Alignment of Pumps, Blowers, Compressors &Vessels. 5) Erect Pipe Rag & Supports. 6) Supervised the work progress.
B. Combined Cycle Power Plant, Algeria
Skikda Power Plant – Skikda – Algeria.
Responsibilities Included: 1) Section Head for Steel Structure & Equipment. 2) Negotiations with owner (SNC-LAVALIN &SKS) with regards to planning and work tasks. 3) Manage & organize the job tasks. 4) Erect Steel Structure Buildings. 5) Installation & Alignment of Pumps, Compressors &Vessels. 6) Supervised the work progress.
C. Jidu-Kishmah Pipe Line Project, Syria
Execute new pipeline 46 km – Der Ez Zor – Syria.
Responsibilities Included: 1) Pipeline Supervisor. 2) Negotiations with owner (FPC& Shell) with respect to the project plan and work scopes. 3) Manage & organize the job tasks. 4) Supervised the work progress.
