Previously worked in ROCKWOOL INSULATION (A Div. of Petron Engineering Construction Ltd.) as a Refractory Application & Solution Engineer.
A) Successfully completed Videocon Narmada Glass (A Div. of Videocon International) expansion project for their 450 TPD TV panel glass furnace at Bharuch, Gujarat, India under the consultant of Thomson Glass Ltd. USA.
B) Successfully completed FCC Unit in L&T, Hazira, India Site for installation of Refractory materials like Gunniting, Hand packing & Vibro-casting. Gunniting material-RESCO-17EG, Hand packing material RESCO-A22S & Vibro-casting material RESCO-17EG.
C) Then worked in IPCL, Dahej, India for Shut-down job in their VCM Heater Plant.
D) Successfully completed Gujarat Glass India Pvt. Ltd expansion project for their 25 TPD Borosilicate Glass Furnace at Kasomba, Gujarat, India.
E) Then Worked in IOCL, Panipat Refinery for Piping and Duct Hot Insulation in DCU Heaters, Cable Tray Fireproofing Job in PX-1 & PX-2 site and Gunniting & Casting Job in Catalytic Converter & Incinerator of SRU under the consultant of Engineers India Ltd.
F) Then Worked in Reliance Industries Ltd, Jamnagar Export Refinery Project for their CDU/VDU/VGO/ & SS Heaters-Gunniting, Casting & C F Material Lining Job.
Presently working in KAEFER Punj Lloyd Ltd, As Construction Engineer cum Engineer-In-Charge, Delhi, India,
G) Then worked in Reliance Industries Ltd, Jamnagar Export Refinery Project for their Clean Fuel Unit (8 Heaters) and Aromatic Unit (5 Heaters) Refractory Application Job Like Gunniting.
H) Then worked in NSPCL Expansion Power Project, Bhilai, India for their Hot Insulation Job in Hot Oil Tank & Piping under the consultancy of Bharat Heavy Electrical Ltd.
K) Now associated in Reliance Industries Ltd, Jamnagar Export Refinery Project for their FCC Unit for installation of Refractory materials.
Abrade Experience
J) Then successfully completed the Wire Mesh Installation, Casting & Gunning Works of Sulphur Unit of TENGIZCHEVROIL ASSET DEVELOPMENT PROJECT, KAZAKHAISTAN Under the consultancy of PFD International LLC, like Reactor Effluent Cooler, Sulphur Condenser, Claus Reactor, Hydrogenation Reactor and Pipe Line 92” & 68” with DURER Refractory materials.
