01 Jul 2006 – 15 Mar 2008: Schlumberger (Westerngeco International): Seismic Engineer in data Land Acquisition around Hassi-Messaoud, Algeria. Exploration of oil and gas by using surface reflection method for various oil companies (Sonatrach, BP, Repsol, and FCP). I worked as data acquisition Engineer in Recorder with Sercel 388, I/O Image and I/O system 2, training and coaching new employees and engineers in technical field and QHSE (Quality Health safety and Environment), managing Acquisition section and leading engineering projects. Nov 2005 – Jun 2006: Schlumberger (Westerngeco Chad): Junior Seismic data acquisition Engineer in Kome, Chad. Operating with I/O system for seismic data acquisition Managing all line equipment in the field, maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to meet production requirement, managing junior operations and local staff. Involved in all acquisition aspects, reporting to client, basic GPS survey and QHSE training for junior staff Apr-Jun 2005: Engineer training - 3 months at ONCF (Railway Company) – Casablanca, Morocco Theme: Plans and ranges of maintenance for works machine and design of a maintenance computer management application. I explored the machines used for the maintenance of railway, defined the various ranges of their maintenance plans and designed a basic maintenance computer application to help technician in troubleshooting these machines. Jul-2004: Technical training - 1 month at turbo-machines laboratory of engineering school of Rabat, Morocco. Theme: Turbines systems in wave energy running and design I highlighted the various types of energy existing, then focused on the wave energy. I studied the type of turbines that can be used to convert the wave energy in electrical energy. Factors contributing to efficiency of the system were point out and a sample design was done Jun-2003: End study training of Maîtrise en Sciences Techniques – 1 month at Brasseries de Tanger - Morocco Theme: Optimization of operations cost of the machine fleets I analysed machines used in the conditioning process of the brewery products, then point out the machines that energy costs were high and after setting criteria, the critical machine was chosen. Analyses were done on the pasteurization machine and a new solution design was suggested to decrease the cost |
