Supply Chain Management experience in procuring major operational services, extensive and successful negotiations, and developing category management strategies for “hot” categories. Often called upon to conduct strategic reviews of operations to identify process and/or cost improvements.
Strategic Planning experience with a fast moving consumer goods company very focused on channel, brand, customer and product profitability. Strong understanding of product development, innovations pipeline, logistics and distribution channel specific issues. Led development of the annual budget strategy and financial budgets for the organisation. Extensive business modelling and complex analytical analyses experience.
Strategic Sourcing experience in successfully sourcing major category spend products such as marine vessels, aviation services, supply base, waste management, land transportation, facilities services, project construction services, real estate management, commodity products, chemicals, printed forms, stationery, vehicle management services and vehicle fuel. |
