Responsibilities & accountabilities :
• Ensure the implementation of all Company HSE Procedures through daily site inspections on all construction sites. • Focal point for coordination between Saudi Aramco & Snamprogetti HSE department on day to day HSE concerns and liaise with Safety Suprvisors & Safety Officers of Snamprogetti / Subcontractors during construction activities at site • Development of Project HSE elements, supporting plans and procedures • Support and guide HSE Management Implementation. • Ensure HSE Plans are consistent with Project requirements and are implemented. • Provide HSE expertise in support of the risk management process. • Assist in the investigation of incidents. • HSE Liaison with Client and/or regulatory authorities. • Co-ordinate HSE data collection to meet project reporting requirements including Key Performance Indicators. • Oversee HSE for all phases and elements of the development & loss pevention for the site. • Develop in conjunction with COMPANY management HSE Targets/Performance Standards for the Project; • Ensure that all the hazards associated with the development are identified,assessed and that appropriate controls are put in place to reduce risks to ALARP
