Professional Experience
•Installation, alignment and inspection of rotating equipments like Turbines (Frame 5 and 7), Pumps (Centrifugal, Positive displacement), Blowers, Steam Boilers, Emergency Diesel Generators, Centrifugal and Axial Compressors, etc. •Total Preservation of Critical Rotating Equipments like Turbines, Generators, Compressors, etc from Construction phase to Ready for Start up (RFSU). •Review of Subcontractor work procedure and method statements, ITP and other related working documents. •Provide external and internal timely and accurate professional reports •Supervise the mechanical installation activities of main and auxiliaries equipments in the LNG trains •Ensure all in-field activities carried out safely complying with company environmental health & Safety (EHS) guidelines and procedures •Installation of Vibration/noise control dampers prior to the installation of the 3000KVA Emergency Diesel Generator. •Installation and alignment of the 3000KVA Emergency Diesel Generator in accordance with project procedure and PON POWER BV specifications and tolerances. •Foundation/soleplate centering and leveling prior to the installation of Gas Turbine Generator (GTG). •Shaft Alignment of the Gas Turbine Generator (GTG) in accordance with project procedure and NOUVO PIGNONE specifications and tolerances. •Monitoring the installation of the Gas Dry seal for the End Flash Gas Compressor supplied by SIEMENS •Bump test of the End Flash, Propane and Mixed Refrigerant Compressors and also the Turbines
