Warehouse Supervisor Primary Duties: Directly responsible for the materials management functions of Dublin Petroleum International Syria Ltd. This includes the preservation, stock control and logistics support for all operations, drilling and construction equipment and materials. These responsibilities will be carried out in accordance with Dublin’s production, safety and environmental procedures. Invented & assigned codes for Dublin fields warehouse material +/- 3000 items Receive and Issue incoming/outgoing material and equipment. Ensure proper identification of incoming/outgoing material and equipment. Supervise and monitor all delivery, loading, receipts and issue notes. Ensure that material and equipment is labeled with part ID number and P.O. number as instructed by Materials Supervisor. Maintain a complete inventory of material and equipment. Ensure that material and equipment is stored properly and safely. Ensure the proper the loading and unloading of trucks for warehouse, drilling and constructions as required. Overseeing the racking of casing, tubing and line pipe on storage racks. Pull and stage material and equipment for construction projects. Responsible for housekeeping in main warehouse, warehouse yard and pipe yard. Liaise with the Field Manager, Construction Supervisor and Rig Supervisor. Satisfy the materials and logistics requirements for drilling and/or work over rig operations. Liaise with Procurement Manager in Damascus. Planning, scheduling and performance of all physical inventories, as required by Finance and audit politics. Enter all transactions in Dublin approved “Material Tracking Software”. Set up and monitor max/min stock levels. Order material as needed or requested.
