a) Preparing monthly/additional work done invoices and submitting to the client. b) Preparation of Job Cost Report, Performance reports, and calculating profitability c) Comparing the Actual cost of the project with the allotted budget as per the control budget. d) Preparation of Cash Flow & Control budget. e) Preparation of execution plan, schedule for erection of equipments, manpower allocation, safety measures f) Verification & certification of Sub Contractor’s invoice. g) Preparation of Monthly and Weekly Progress Report, setting up targets, monitoring the same; coordinating for weekly and monthly progress review meeting (internal and with client). h) Preparation of Catch-up plan and highlighting the same to Project Manager, Construction Manager & Field Engineers. i) Coordinating of Engineering works with Project Coordinator, Design engineer, Site Engineer and Client; troubleshooting various Engineering issues with Site Engineers j) Preparation and implementation of “Planning & Monitoring” for Piping works. k) Preparing delay analysis, identifying critical areas of concern and highlighting the same to Management/Client. l) Assisting Project Manager to carry out contractual communication with client and sub contractors. m) Preparation of job schedules – Direct Manpower, Indirect Manpower, Plant & Machinery, Materials. n) Preparing the close out report after completion of project. o) Doing Estimation related to Painting, Insulation, Scaffolding & Fireproofing works.
