PETROLEUM PRODUCT TESTING CAPABILITIES AND OTHER ACTIVITIES :
• Assures to perform and maintain the analysis according to the requirements of ISO quality systems by using ASTM, IP and USEPA Standard Test Methods.
• Analysis of Crude oil Salts and BS&W and different products of Refinery especially routine testing of Reformer Unit that includes sampling at high pressure.
• Trace sulfur in Naphtha UOP 357 (DMDS) Dimethyl Disulfide.
• Environmental Monitoring and Analysis of different plant effluents and final refinery effluents as per the USEPA certified test methods viz. Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Biological Oxygen Demand (BOD), Oil & Grease, Lead in Air, Flue Gas Analysis, Phenol, TSS, TDS, Ozone etc.
• Can perform Water testing of Drinking water and Industrial Waste Water. Tests that can perform (pH. Chloride. Sulfide. Iron as (Fe). Calcium Hardness. Magnesium Hardness. Total Hardness. Total Dissolve Solids. Total Suspended Solids. M Alkalinity. P Alkalinity.
• Calibration & Maintenance of different equipments CFR Engine, JFTOT, Zeltex RON analyzer, WSIM, AF-7 Moisture analyzer, GC equipment, Hydrogen Generator etc.
• Prepare reports for analysis of different laboratory results
• General Testing of Petroleum products
General Testing of PMG, Kerosene, HSD, Jet Aviation Fuel, DFO, FFO, Reformat &Reformer stream analysis, Bitumen ,LPG, Crude oil analysis etc For example
• CFR Engine
• Determination of octane number of PMG and Reformat on CFR engine independently by bracketing as well as by compression ratio method.
• Calibration & General Maintenance of CFR engine.
• Octane Analyzer
• Determination of octane number on Zeltex RON Analyzer.
• Calibration and maintenance of octane analyzer.
• Gas Chromatography
• (PONA) Analysis of Naphtha and Reformat with the help of specially designed Carborane (Calcarb+Borwin) Software.
• Composition of different Refinery Gases and Natural Gas with the help of RGA (Refinery Gas Analyzer)
• Calibration and maintenance of GC Equipment &RGA
• ENVIRONMENTAL RELATED TESTING CAPABILITIES :
• Concentration of different gases (H2S, HCL, O3, SO3, Water, Oxygen, and Hydrocarbons) up to ppm level with drager tubes.
• Flue gas analysis with the help of Flue Gas Analyzer.
