Professional Experience |
Having more than 16 years experience (13 years in Kuwait & Saudi Arabia) in contracts preparation & administration phases on LSTK / EPC contracts in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical sector projects.
Professionally exposed & familiar with various phases of pre as well post contracts administration activities viz. preparing & issuing of bid packages, coordination for bidders’s querries, receipt & evaluation of commercial parts of the bids, drafting of LOI / award letters, coordination with concerned interdisciplinary departments (FAD, Technical Deptt., Legal Deptt etc.).
Currently working on a FMP EF 1500 project of Kuwait Oil Company with Kharafi National whereby handling, monitoring & coordinating a no. of activities in post contracts administration sphere viz. establishing & continually improving progress measurement schedule (PMS) for invoicing of the project, monitoring & reviewing various variation elements (SIs, DCNs, RFCs etc. ) for evaluating the commercial impacts, preparing & submitting CVPs, analysing & settling subcontractors claims / variations, handling day to day contractual correspondances with regard to their commercial impacts, developing star rates on pro rata/first priciple basis for new / additional Items, devising & negotiating split percentage of unitary rates for progressing works, advising at various stages of the project the commercial status of various works / items to the higher management.

| First class engineering graduate (B.E Civil ) of 1992 batch, from University of Roorkee, Roorkee, (presently renamed as Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee), India, an Engineering Institution of International repute. |
