Responsibilities Handled as a QA/QC Engineer: • As a Project Co-ordinator: Preparation of inspection and test plans for each project based on applicable Technical specification/standards and contractual requirements. Preparation of specific inspection procedures for the project as per client requirement. Follow up for the approval of inspection and test plan and applicable procedures from Third Party inspection. Notification to client and TPI for inspection events and tests as per QAP. Preparation and issue of non-conformity reports incase of deviation or non-fulfillments of procedures during the fabrication activity. Obtain the technical resolution to establish the remedial proposal. Co-ordination with client to obtain the release note for shipment of items after review of fabrication quality records. • As a Inspection Engineer: Assigning Inspector to the receiving inspection of Project Materials. Verifying that proper inspection and identification is recorded in the Quality reports. Reviewing & verifying material test certificates for compliance with the specifications. Maintain QC Documents and preparing Inspection requests. Coordinating and carrying daily inspection. Follow up the material certificate through procurement department. Co-Coordinating with Third Party Inspection agencies like BVIS; CEIL; EIL; DNV, IRS , RINA , VELOSI & GLIS Involved in the investigation of Raw material defects. Assuring NDE; Fit-up, Weld Visual; Dimensional; Welding Inspection & Heat Treatment, Quality reports.

• Professional Qualification: Completed Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from M.S.University of Baroda Secured 55.14 % in April 2006. HSC From Shri S.Z.Waghela High School Khambhat (GSEB) Gandhinagar Secured 55.00% in March 1999
