I have 20 years experience in modular built LNG and downstream petrochemical, Piping and Static Equipment. Additionally chemical, mining, nuclear and timber milling. Assignments have included engineering, construction, pre commissioning, inspection, maintenance,(fully trained in SAP R3 maintenance, warehouse and inspection systems,) project and layout.
I was Construction Chief Engineer prior to and during a major PVC plant expansion to produce EDC, VCM and Chlorine.
I was a student and fully indentured apprentice with Rolls-Royce, then
changed Industry to Chemical Plants in 1974 with AECI,(ICI,)of South Africa.
I am familiar with all relevant codes applicable to the Industry.
Previous overseas assignments have taken me to South Africa, Namibia, Belgium and Thailand.
