― Low voltage induction motor 400 volts:
Erection commissioning, operation & maintenance of control circuit & its interlocking, control sequence by programmable logic controller Siemens Semitic S7.
― Converter panels for variable Speeds DC Drive:
Operation, maintenance & trouble shooting of converter panels, their drives. Controllers using power Thyresters panel made by siemens, DC drives for Kiln.
― High voltage (6.3 Kvs.) AC Motor (4500 KW)
Operation, maintenance & trouble shooting of controls circuit both squirrel cage & slip ring type motor.
― MV 6.3 KV (Motor & Transformer Protection relays):
Operation & parameterization of (ABB Ref 541, Rem 541, Rex 521, Ref 610 & Spad 346 C).Relay that used for high current over load earth fault differential & phase unbalance etc.
― HV Transformer:
Operation, maintenance dehydration of the HV, MV & low voltage transformer.
― Liquid Rheostat (for 4500 KW 6.3 KV Motors):
Working experience of maintenance & trouble shooting of controls circuit that control.
― EPs (Dust Control panels):
Worked on its rectifier‘¦s transformers & trouble shooting of controls circuit that controls 380 Volts AC into 70KV DC. Made by China.
― Soft Starter 400 Volts, 200KW:
Installation operation, maintenance & trouble shooting.
― CTs & KWH Meters:
Worked on Kwh.Meters & also installation of Cts for metering purpose.
― Power Factor Improving System:
Operation, maintenance & trouble shooting of controls circuit & calculation.
― Instrumentation:
My working experience has not been behind regarding modern drive process cement plant Instrumentation i.e. Thermocouple, PT100, Speed Monitor, Proximity switch, Actuator, Silo pilot, Limits switches, Rope Switches, & SOV.
― Preventive maintenance:
Preventive maintenance of Electrical equipment & instruments as per ISO standards.
