„³ Review and approve employees submitted DES's (Daily Expenses Statement) for reimbursable expenses in Line with approved policies and delegated authority.
„³ Prepare Personnel Division annual budget observing the Company's general budget.
„³ Prepare the annual performance reports for the division personnel.
„³ Follow up annual performance completion for all Company's personnel to prepare for the annual Salary Program.
