1. Take the plant reading and ensuring smooth operations. 2. Start up & shut down of the plant (from field) . 3. Operate & troubleshoot the field facilities and equipments in a safe and efficient manner in compliance with HSE standards . 4. Isolation & handing over the equipments to maintenance staff. 5. Carry out field functional tests of stand by and safety / protective devices as per schedule. 6. Safe handling and using of chemicals and ensuring cost saving. 7. Safety accreditation for different work permits. As control room operator
1. Operate, monitor and control all plant units efficiently and safely using DCS . 2. Keep watching all plant parameters to achieve smooth operation and avoid upsets, emission and S/D . 3. Control and handle plant upsets and emergencies. Lead operation staff to start plant after S/D . 4. Maintain detailed records of daily activities and LAB analysis to keep product quality on specification. 5. Keep good communication with plant departments and another neighboring plants and stations. .
