Principal Design Draughtsperson - 10/2006 to current
Contract senior level position at Chevron Refinery in the Petrochemical sector in Milnerton, SA
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintaining of Chevron Refinery plant, in providing a drafting service, compiling working drawings on piping iso's and structural detailing for replacements or new installations to the plant.
Design Draughtsman - 04/2000 to 09/2006
Permanent skilled level position at HG Molenaar & Co in the Engineering sector in Paarl, South Africa (Western Cape). Benefits: Medical Aid, Pension Fund.
Duties & Responsibilities
Design and CAD detail draughting (Caddie 9.0) of Pressure vessels, Conveying Systems in the canning, food and beverage industry. Involvement in projects from initial stage to final installation. Work directly with Project Manager and do majority of design and detailing on specifically pressure cooker and coolers for food cans.
Project values are approximately R5million and more, mainly for the export market with limited local supply to companies like RFF, Langeberg Foods, SapCo and others.
